pan. Use a non-stick cooking spray so they are easy to turn. Turn them only once, when they start to bubble, to keep them light and fluffy. Enjoy.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup milk
Cook on medium high.
First mix all ingredients except the milk. Stir well.
Slowly add the milk, stir until the batter is smooth.
Drop ¼ cup of batter for each flapjack on the griddle.
Turn when flapjack starts to bubble.
Serve with syrup and sprinkled with walnuts.
