Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¾ Cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Cup applesauce
Method
Stir together all dry ingredients, (four, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.)
In another bowl stir together the milk, eggs, butter, and applesauce.
Combine both mixtures.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto griddle or pan for each flapjack and cook until flapjack bubbles, then turn and cook until the under side is golden brown.
Applesauce Flapjacks is ready.
