Flapjacks can be made the British way by baking in the oven or cooking them more the American way, on a griddle.
Either way they are easy to prepare and yummy to taste.
The British flapjacks are usually baked, sliced, then allowed to cool before serving. So good with a hot cup of tea!
The American flapjack is usually thought of as a type of pancake that is cooked on a griddle, and can be served with butter, honey, syrup or fruit.
